30-Day Refund Guarantee

We will refund any payment made within the last 30 days, no questions asked, provided the payment has cleared Shopify's payment system and shows as refundable in your account. We do not refund any payment that is more than 30 days old. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us and we'll process it promptly.
