How to Upload Participants via CSV

Quickly add multiple participants to a campaign at once by uploading a CSV file with a name and email column.

Overview

Instead of adding participants one by one, you can upload a CSV to add everyone at once. The only required columns are name and email. If you use groups, you can include an optional group column as well.

Step 1: Prepare Your CSV

At minimum, your CSV needs two columns:

name,email
Alex Johnson,alex@example.com
Jordan Smith,jordan@example.com

If you use participant groups, add a group column and it will be filled in automatically during the upload.

Step 2: Upload the CSV

  1. In the Fundlet app, open your campaign and go to Edit Campaign.
  2. Click Upload Participant and then Add Files.
  3. Select your CSV file.

Fundlet will show a preview of the participants it found.

Step 3: Add Participants and Save

Click Add Participants. Scroll down to confirm everyone has been added, then hit Save.

Each participant's referral link is generated automatically as part of the import.
