Overview
Sharing your dashboard is a great way to keep organizers involved in the campaign. They get to watch progress and see orders come through exactly as you do — without any access to your Square account.
It also saves you work. No more exporting reports or sending update emails every time someone asks how the fundraiser is going.
What the Shared Dashboard Includes
The organizer sees the same campaign dashboard you do, which means:
- Total sales for the campaign
- Orders as they come through
- Participant information, including who's contributing
- The payout calculated from your campaign settings
Everything is scoped to that one campaign.
Step 1: Create the Shared Dashboard
- Open the campaign you want to share.
- Select More Actions → Share Dashboard.
- Enter an email address and a PIN for the organizer.
- Create the access.
Use a strong PIN — the longer and less obvious, the better.
Step 2: Send the Link, Email, and PIN
Copy the shared dashboard link and send it to the organizer along with the email address and PIN you just set. They'll need all three to get in.
Step 3: What the Organizer Sees
When the organizer opens the link, they land on an Organizer Access page. They enter their email and PIN, sign in, and land on the exact dashboard you have for that campaign.
From there they can follow sales and participant results in real time, on their own schedule.
Why Share It
For most fundraisers, the organizer is the one fielding questions from participants and families. Giving them their own view means they can answer those questions directly instead of coming back to you — and everyone stays on the same page about how the campaign is performing.
