Overview
Sharing your dashboard lets you offload work to the campaign organizer — they can check order status, export reports, and add participants themselves without needing to contact you. Organizers love it because it keeps them up to date, and you'll love it because you're not manually exporting reports every time someone asks.
Step 1: Open the Campaign and Click Share Dashboard
- In the Fundlet app, open the campaign you want to share.
- Click Share Dashboard at the top of the campaign.
- Enter an email address and a PIN for the organizer.
- Click Create.
Use a strong PIN — the longer and less common, the more secure.
Step 2: Copy and Send the Link
After creating, you'll see the shared dashboard link. Copy it and send it to the organizer along with their PIN.
Step 3: What the Organizer Sees
When the organizer opens the link, they'll land on a login page where they enter their PIN. Once logged in, they see the full campaign dashboard:
- Total orders, items sold, total sales, and total payout
- All order line items
- An option to add participants
- An export button for reports
It's a secure, read-only-style view scoped entirely to that one campaign — no access to your Shopify admin or any other campaigns.
