How to Use Payout Tiers to Boost Participation

Set increasing payout percentages at different revenue thresholds to encourage more sales and higher participation in your fundraiser.


Overview

Payout tiers let you automatically increase the payout percentage as your campaign hits higher revenue levels. This gives participants a concrete incentive to sell more — the more the campaign earns, the bigger the payout for everyone.


Step 1: Open the Campaign Editor

In the Fundlet app, open your campaign and click Edit Campaign. You'll see your current payout percentage (e.g. 15%).


Step 2: Add Tiers

Set revenue thresholds and the payout percentage that kicks in at each level. For example:

Add as many tiers as you like. Hit Save.


Step 3: The Payout Updates Automatically

Once the campaign crosses a revenue threshold, the payout percentage updates automatically — no manual changes needed. The new rate is reflected immediately on the participant page and on the fundraiser storefront page, so organizers and supporters can see the payout jump in real time.
