How to Onboard Participants into a Fundlet Campaign

Create a participant registration form and share a single link so participants can add themselves to your campaign — no manual entry required.


Overview

If you have a lot of people who want to participate in a campaign, you don't have to manually enter every single person. Fundlet lets you share a participant form link — participants enter their own name, email, and photo, and they're automatically added to the campaign.


Step 1: Add the Register Form to Your Campaign Page

  1. Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize.
  2. Navigate to your campaign page template.
  3. You should already have the Banner and Collection sections set up. Under those, click Add Section, go to Apps, and select Register Form.
  4. Hit Save.

The form won't appear visually in the customizer preview — it pops up automatically based on the URL when a participant visits the link.


Step 2: Copy the Participant Onboarding Link

Back in the Fundlet app, open your campaign. You'll see a link that says View Participant Onboard — click it to open the form, then copy the URL.


Step 3: Send the Link to Your Participants

Share the link with everyone who wants to join the campaign. When they open it, they'll see the registration form where they can enter their name, email, and upload a photo. Once submitted, they're part of the campaign and Fundlet handles everything from there.
